Kirsten Ramsay

BCAK, NSCA, CSEP

Growing up in Alberta and being involved in provincial level running & outdoor mountain pursuits, Kirsten developed a passion for sport-specific training & functional fitness that would complement her performance in both trail-running and cycling. She holds a degree in Kinesiology from Camosun College and is a BCAK Registered Kinesiologist, NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and CSEP Certified Exercise Physiologist. Kirsten has been working in the exercise & wellness industry since 2017 in areas including personal training, adapted/paraplegic strength & conditioning, cardiac rehabilitation, and sport performance for elite, amateur, and recreational athletes involved in hockey, soccer, softball, and lacrosse.

As an advocate of the physical & mental benefits that exercise can have, Kirsten motivates her clients of all ages & abilities to achieve beyond their potential & personal goals. Her goal is to help people establish proper body awareness, fundamental movement patterns, and neuromuscular control to both aid in injury prevention and recover from an injury. Kirsten believes life-long learning through consistent education, research, and practical application to provide clientele with up-to-date accessible & diverse treatment options.
