Emily completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics at St. Francis Xavier University, where she also spent two years working as the student athletic therapist for the men’s basketball team. She continued her education at Queen’s University and graduated with a Master of Science degree in physiotherapy.

Emily grew up playing basketball, field hockey, soccer and volleyball. Most recently, she has started rock climbing and playing ultimate frisbee.

While working as a physiotherapist in New Brunswick, Emily continued to follow her passion for athletics by covering university basketball, soccer and volleyball in her hometown. In clinic, she has helped treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions in all age groups. She has helped people return to work after injury, athletes return to sport and people return to the activities they enjoy after motor vehicle collisions.

After working in the East Coast, Emily decided to move west to enjoy all the natural beauty that the West Coast has to offer. Emily loves to share her knowledge with others and help guide them through their recovery to return to their regular activities.
