Tele-rehabilitation utilizes video conferencing through our JaneApp software for those who are unable to travel to their appointments. While tele-rehab can be beneficial, it is most effective when you can attend in person due to the physical nature of rehabilitation. If you require a tele-rehab appointment, please visit our booking site and search for “Telehealth Physio.” Instructions on how to access your appointment link will be sent to you.

Can we direct bill for a Tele-Rehab appointment?

Some plans will accept tele-rehab appointments. We are able to submit to these plans as an ‘online physiotherapy appointment’. Please check with your insurer if tele-rehab is covered.
