Esmé Hait

Esmé completed her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology through the University of Victoria. She then proceeded to complete her Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia. Since graduation, she has worked both on the Island and out of the province, giving her the opportunity to work with a diverse set of injuries and clients.

Esmé grew up on the Island. She has been active and involved in sports since a young age. Her main sports were:  soccer, dance, and gymnastics. She now enjoys running, hiking, snowboarding, and water skiing.

Esmé has always had a passion for working with kids. She has experience working with children who have injuries, developmental delays, and disabilities.

Esmé believes that each person is unique and deserves an individualized treatment plan. Her treatment techniques focus on manual therapy, education, and exercise rehabilitation. She hopes to empower and equip each person with the tools they need for recovery and injury prevention.
